Rampline

Noise strips for alerting drivers

RAMPLINE is a road ramp in fair thickness causing an effect of noise and vibration which alerts the driver without damaging the vehicle.

Many tests have proved that Rampline are very effective where installed, and studies report ramps being able to reduce speeds by 10-20% and accidents by 30%.

Rampline is specially recommended before dangerous locations like intersections, schools, pedestrian crossings, dangerous curves.

To increase the effect, Rampline may be separated by decreasing spaces and even complemented by one or more final speed stoppers such as Snoline Ralsafe or Ralspeed.

Rampline comprises 2 parts: an acoustic strip in elastoplastic tape and a thin sheet as an anchoring support.
