Application stages:
- Premark the road
- Apply pressure sensitive Snoline tape without Primer, possibly using a tape applicator. Be sure that the ground temperature be not lower than 50°C
- Tamp the tape immediately with the manual roller (with 50 kg ballast). This operation has to be particularly accurate specially for symbols, legends, arrows, etc.
- Press immediately with the finishing roller (vibration turned off and no water on steel rollers) at constant minimum speed. Avoid twisting or turning on the tape to ensure it is inlaid properly. The temperature of the road surface shall not drop below 40°C to ensure embedding.
- After pressing the tape, let the road surface cool down before opening the road to traffic.
